HISPANIC HEALTH INITIATIVES
Hispanic Health Initiatives, Inc. (HHI) is cordially inviting the Community to learn how to reduce the risks of many chronic diseases. This free evaluation will consist of screening for high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, body mass index (BMI), low-vision screening and dental hygiene education. Participants will receive a personalized plan of action, derived from their screening and their personal and family medical history. Ineabelle will refer qualified women for a free or low cost mammogram. For faster processing, please bring a doctor’s mammography prescription and ID.
